Jeremy Scharlow - Retired Police Officer

On May 7th, 2016 I was shot in the line of duty. This event changed my life drastically. In the aftermath, I developed Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Severe Anxiety, Depression, became suicidal, medicated with alcohol, and very nearly took my own life.

Through counseling, education, trial and error, and the help of many people, I've relearned to live.  Responsibility is the key to success. Take responsibility for your own happiness. Find your "new normal" and live again!

Jessica Shade

Diagnosed with Anxiety, Severe Depression, and Bipolar I Disorders at 16 years old, Jessica began self treating with alcohol. Although seeking professional help, she found herself "lost" in an inadequate mental health system. Her continued self-medication evolved into alcoholism.

After realizing she wanted more out of life, Jessica found sobriety. She then began dedicating her time and energy into personal development.

Determined to overcome odds against her, she continues to fight struggles related to alcoholism and her mental health. Jessica continues to rely daily on the power of positive mindset, exercise, a healthy lifestyle, and spirituality to relearn to live.

Find your reason why and relearn to live!

Supportive Journey

It's simple, it isn't easy!

The concepts we use to try and mitigate our symptoms related to our mental health are very simple. But just because they are easy to understand does not mean they are easy to execute.

Finding a support system who will be there for you through ups and downs is important. Find your family, reach out, we are all in this together!
